Goal
The client's existing brand, Holistic Grace Massage Therapy, was built for a business she was already growing out of. It was structured entirely around in-person, one-on-one sessions — but her practice was shifting toward a hybrid model: continuing care for existing clients, a new pathway for people she'd only ever meet virtually, and a mix of free and paid resources to support both. The site had good bones — clear modality pages, an established blog, a recognisable pain-point framing on the homepage — but none of it was built to hold a practice that no longer had a single, linear client journey.
Approach
What the client already had. Her current site's modality pages, existing blog categories, and pain-point copy weren't a false start — they were raw material. The gap wasn't content, it was architecture: nothing linked together, there was no low-commitment entry point for a visitor who wasn't ready to book, and every page assumed a single kind of client.
Results
The output was a set of strategic documents that reframe the site from a stack of service pages into a single ecosystem, built around Grace Restored's own model:
- A tiered engagement structure that mirrors the client's actual hybrid practice — free content, guided resources, 1:1 coaching, in-person sessions — instead of forcing every visitor down the same "book now" path
- An interlinked content architecture where articles route into related content, a single low-pressure lead magnet, or a booking path — replacing the flat blog-plus-services structure of the old site
- A phased roadmap that scopes the launch site properly while explicitly staging the client's future membership offering, rather than trying to build everything at once
- A brand strategy built around "Grace Restored" as an evolution of her own name and existing equity, repositioning the brand around outcome rather than service category
